How to bind characters together

Hey first time poster of the forum long time reader of posts. I am pretty new to Moho and was wonder how you attach two characters together in a time line so they follow one another.

So I have a cartoon man walking and a koala pops out of his back pack as he is walking. Both have separate rigs. I want them to both to move together in the scene.

Thanks in advance,
Steve

Just make the koala rig part of the man rig: move the koala bone layer inside the man's bone layer and parent it to his back bone.

I would probably do what slowtiger mentioned: Group the Koala and move the group under the Man's bone group. Then layer bind the Koala groupn to a bone related to the backpack.

But another way is to use a script that tracks a bone in one Bone layer and transfers the motion to a bone in another Bone layer. I've used this method in situations where I had to keep the rigs separated. Sorry, I don't have details about the script on-hand, but I think it can be found at mohoscripts.com. I'll look later today and get more specific info.
