Is there anyone that can provide one on one support?

Hello! Apologies if this is the wrong space to post this in, but I felt like this is a little too broad for the "How do I...?" space.
I'm relatively new to the program and I'm constantly running into little issues, and I don't want to make post after post and clog up the forum for every little thing I run into. I was wondering if there's anyone available, typically between 3pm-10pm EST, that can help tutor me, get more used to the software and help fix all the little roadblocks. Thanks!
