Hi.
I remember that the curver layer was not flipping with bone layer. After update 14.3 dev team announced that this problem solved. now this have new bug. all curver layers filliping with any bone .see this video


note:
what is flipping is not the curver layer . the effect of curver layer along the path is flipping .

Nearly before completely disappointing I found the solution.
First read this from update 14.3 document.

there are different ways to attach a Curver to one or more bones, there’s a logic that needs to be followed for the flipping to work:

If you have a complex character with a torso, limbs, etc., and all of them are influencing the Curver, then flipping a bone somewhere in the middle of the character will likely not do the flipping

I bind the points of curver layer to bones but you should do an additional link bone for avoiding this problem else curver layer will flip with every free bone.
So this is not bug. Just remaining the post to help others.
