Retiming physics - slow motion bone dynamics?

I'm wondering if there's a way to run bone dynamics slower, such that the shot appears to be going in slow motion.
If possible to bake bone dynamics, it can be retimed with animation > rescale keyframes, and if looking for fast motion you can work and export at a higher framerate, but I can't think of any good ways to have slower bone dynamics.
Perhaps I'm missing something, perhaps there's a script out there that can do this, but I've searched and found nothing, so any help appreciated.

Perhaps making a copy of the file with a higher frame rate (from 24 to 60, i.e.) and then do the rescale frames.

That only works for speeding up bone dynamics, afaik they only go in realtime so upping the frame rate would cause them to go faster.

There is a script to bake bone dynamics - https://mohoscripts.com/script/mr_bake_ ... 14-edition.
