Scale Pixel Offset Pixel

Hi.
Playing with Scale Pixel and Offset Pixel settings to create a wobbly outline effect but I just noticed that there are random spots appearing on the artwork in certain areas. How do I stop this from occurring anyone? My scale pixel settings and Noisy Outlines are checked, Noisy Fills and Offset 6, 70.
