14.4を使用しています。私のシステムには32GBのRAMを搭載しています。
MOHOの作業をしていると最初300MB程度のメモリ使用量だったのがどんどん増えていきます。気が付くと数GBの
メモリを消費します。4GBを超えた時にMOHOの動作が重くなり、5GBを超えると「応答なし」になって
断続的にフリーズし始めます。運がいいと20分程度で復帰してファイルを保存できる事もあります。

対処方法としてメモリ使用量を気を付けながら4GBを超える前にMOHOを再起動するしかありません。
他に何か解決方法はありませんか？

I'm using version 14.4. My system has 32GB of RAM.
When working with MOHO, memory usage starts around 300MB but steadily increases. Before I know it, it consumes several gigabytes of memory. When it exceeds 4GB, MOHO slows down significantly. Once it surpasses 5GB, it becomes unresponsive and starts freezing intermittently. If I'm lucky, it recovers after about 20 minutes, allowing me to save the file.

The only workaround is to monitor memory usage and restart MOHO before it exceeds 4GB.
Is there any other solution?

Is it just one file that causes problems or is it everything? If it's everything, I'd look at custom scripts in general and layer scripts specifically. Do you have any of these?

14.4に更新してからほぼ初めての作業ファイルを使用していて現象に気づきました。
ボーンは50本、スマートボーンによる変形も多用していますがメモリ使用量が一定量以下の場合は軽快に動作しています。
カスタムスクリプトは複数使用していますが、検証の為それらを使わずに1時間程作業していてもやはりメモリ使用量が増加していきます。

ドキュメントそのものよりもMOHO本体の動作であるタイムラインのスクラブやキーの操作、ウィンドウの枠を広げたりする動作で応答しなくなります。何かの処理が終わるまでずっと待たされている様です。

After updating to 14.4, I noticed this issue while working on a file I hadn't used since the update.
I have 50 bones and frequently use smart bone transformations, but the software runs smoothly as long as memory usage stays below a certain threshold.
I use multiple custom scripts, but even when working for about an hour without them for verification, memory usage still increases.

Rather than the document itself, it's MOHO's core operations—like scrubbing the timeline, manipulating keys, or resizing window frames—that cause it to become unresponsive. It feels like I'm forced to wait indefinitely until some process finishes.

do you have any layer (embedded) scripts? I have found that these can cause the sort of slowdowns you are describing.

No. We are not using the layer embedding script.

ok - then my guess is that it is the custom scripts. Even if you don't invoke them, moho runs some functions in them very often.

As you don't seem to need them all the time, my suggestion is to disable them and see if that helps. The quickest way to disable all custom scripts is to open your custom content folder and rename the scripts folder to (for example) OLD_scripts. You'll need to restart moho if you opened the custom folder from inside the program.

I'll describe additional points I noticed.
Memory usage when first opening a roughly 700KB MOHO file (imported PSD for rigging) was about 300MB.
After working for about an hour, memory usage reached nearly 3GB.
Closing the file then left MOHO (with no documents open) using about 1.5GB of memory.
Reopening the same document afterward started at 1.8GB, an increase of 300MB from that point.
Restarting MOHO and then opening it starts at 300MB.

Since there are many scripts involved, I plan to verify this after finishing my current work.
