Info box "File path ... were updated..." when loading moho file.

When loading my .moho file, an info-box pops up: "File paths used in this project were updated because the referenced items were not found in the original location."
This happened from some version of my file on. I checked, all imported files in my Moho project are visible, so no missing reference.

Once I removed the Moho setting files in "...\AppData\Roaming\Lost Marble\" because the video export did not work (However I could solve that - I found a too large focal length value to be the case. Seems to be a bug of the encoding algorithm because in Moho it renders).
Could the popup has to do with that? What does its statement mean exactly?

That statement refers to your file system only. Each time a Moho file changes position in the file system Moho has to update the references, which may work automatically, in case you've moved all referenced file with the Moho file, or it can't find them, then you'll have to search and prompt it to the new location.

I think the settings file has nothing to do with it, as dependencies are stored within the Moho project file, for each imported item.

Thanks for the comment and explanation. I thought it could be something like this and also assumed that it has nothing to do with the settings.
