hello!
recently, after exporting the Moho animation and trying to open its file in media players, I have an error "file system error -2143309801". I checked the condition of the computer and its disks - everything was fine, I tried exporting animations from other programs and everything was fine, the error occurs precisely when exporting Moho animations
has anyone encountered a similar problem? How did you solve it?
from the details I can add that I exported the animation with the standard settings that Moho offers on its own. this error has not occurred before :-[

Oh, I also want to add that when I share a file through messengers and open it in them, it opens quite well, but the sound and quality are a little spoiled.-

I don't render movie files from Moho. Instead, I prefer to render a PNG image sequence and compile the frames as a movie file in another program. This is usually because I'm rendering for compositing and adding effects (i.e., lighting), but also because compositing and video editing programs offer more options when saving a movie file.

This isn't to say that Moho's movie exporter is fine; the current version is known to have some problems, especially when writing out H.265, I believe. Hopefully, this will be improved soon.

Hope this helps.

You can also try rendering via the Moho Exporter Ctrl-B - which uses a seperate export process.
