Noisy Outlines and Peaked Points bug

So here's the scoop, set noisy outlines on a vector layer that has peaked points. At the peak, it creates weird single circles like spots, but only where the point is.

To workaround this I am having to not use peaked points and set the curve to 0.01. It's almost practically peaked, however its a real PIA to constantly do this on every single shape.

additional:
Using a round brush works but I don't want to use a brush for something so simple. Round caps don't help, on or off.

Weird. I changed settings and noticed the little weird dots DO NOT MOVE or change while changing the settings. So the points "stick" in place. If I change scale and offset to what I prefer the little dots get closer to the peaked points and aren't "as noticeable". They are still there you just don't see them "as much".

The sharp flat corners are still there as well as the "dots", with lower scale and offset tweaks the end peaks get closer to the "dots" and harder to see. Depends on settings how noticeable.

Yeah, that's a nasty one. If I were you, I'd write a script to cycle through the points, changing all peaked to slightly curved.

Edit: Or just select all and add a tiny bit of curvature, which shouldn't significantly effect the look of the smoother points.

Oh! You know what? I recently saw something like this in a complex Liquid Shapes setup. I don't think I saw 'dots,' but I recognized the notched corners. I'll check whether this workaround fixes that problem.
