IKs in Mainline not behaving like in Action

Hello! I've been on the Moho journey and have run into an issue that I'm having trouble troubleshooting.

I can't figure out why the IKs for the Cat's left limbs (wrist and ankle) break at the end of the smart bone timeline. You can see it drifts away only in the Mainline, but not the action. In fact the IK target can no longer be manually moved as well!

I've checked to see if anything is muted and I've also deleted all other actions to test to see if there was a conflict. Is there anything else that could be the problem?

I've posted the video here:

I'll be around for any follow up questions. Thank you!

If the target bones can no longer be moved, that would suggest that they are keyframed in the smart bone action. And if the IK chain that is following these targets are also keyframed in the action, that may cause a conflict between the keyframing and them trying to reach the IK target.

Hard to diagnose just from a video.

I agree with Wes. Try going to the action, select the thighs and calves bones and remove all the bone rotation keyframes you find.

Thank you guys! I learned that apparently adding scale transforms to a bone that is targeting an IK can mess it up. I was trying to create foreshortening with the leg bones, but I'll find a way around it.
