Does anyone know of a good time to move to Dubai?

Hi. I’ve been working on a 2D animation project in Moho for the past 8 months, and recently I’ve started pitching to international clients, particularly companies based in the UAE. Honestly, I’ve looked for quite a bit of feedback on this, but it’s pretty much a dead end—I can’t find much concrete information. Rates seem to vary—anywhere from single to triple depending on the free zone, and Daftime apparently has a somewhat personalized approach for creatives and freelancers… I’m interested, but I’m having a hard time figuring out if it’s legitimate. Has anyone here already taken the plunge and billed for their animation services through a UAE-based company? I’m curious to know if other animators have explored this route.
