RENDER PROBLEM

Hallo, I´ve got a problem with a big "P". I used Moho without any problems for a long time. I rendered my projects in full-frames avi with a 800x600 resolution - the final avi was runing smooth. But now, all my full-frame avis are running like on a 286 procesor, they are not smooth, they are just interrupted frames. What am I doing wrong???? I didnt do anything with my computer.... Thanks for help.

This isn't a problem with Moho, it's a problem with your computer.
Try defragmenting the disk, that should help.

I formated the disk, reinstalled Windows and I have still the same problem. But I have found that this problem is bound only with the full-frame rendering. With every other render method, like Intel-indeo, or X-VID codec ,it works. I don´t understand what happend?!

Are old rendered files slow? Or just new ones made recently? If it's just new ones, you may have inadvertantly changed settings on the media player or your computer has a problem.
What Media Player are you using to play the AVIs? You could try using different players.
Why are you making full-frame at 800x600 anyway? Do you need the Alpha Channel? If you have an Alpha channel now and you didn't before, that would explain it.
Basically, Moho is just creating an AVI file - if that file is now running slower during playback in a media player than it did before, it's nothing to do with Moho.
Full-frame compression isn't designed for full-speed playback, it's to make an easy single-file way of transporting lossless data.
It's not a very coherent post, I know, but there's a lot of things it could be.

I tryed to render old files too, with the same result. I tryed Mediaplayer, BSplayer.... still not working on it. I rendered everything with alpha channel. I´ll try to describe my settings of Moho and PC. I´ve got an Sempron-procesor, 1GB RAM, RADEON9600-256MB. My current Moho settings are: Project-PAL,3Dcam-ENABLED,Frame-rate 24. Render settings-Antialiased edges, Shape and Layer effects ENABLED, Extra-smooth images enabled, output-fullframes AVI. On this settings I tryed to render one of the tutorials, I think it was the 6.9, still the same. I am really hopeless. I have one unfinished project, I was working on, and now I cant continue

If you are rendering out a 800x600 noncompressed avi, that's your problem. Compress it with a lossless codec such as
Lagarith. Your video is skipping because your pc is trying play back this uncompressed video.
800x600 isn't a proper video size either. At least not for tv or dvd. Use 720x480 @ 29.97fps for NTSC and 720 (704) x 576 @ 25fps for PAL.

The problem is, when I try to render in PAL or NTSC, the result is still the same. I´m going to try it on another computer.... thanks for help

J. Baker, the problem is that it used to play fine - so the computer must be fast enough. Or the older files were so short they fitted in memory. Using a different codec can cause compatibility problems if the file is played on another computer without the codec.
Lavinius, why don't you use Quicktime with the Animation codec on Best Quality? You get the alpha channel and maximum compatibility.

Lots of stuff can change this. Maybe the disk is a lot more fragmented than it used to be, or maybe there are other applications running in the background (hopfully no viruses, but maybe...).
