Paint Bucket tool

What section of the manual can i find info on the new paint bucket tool functions?

Using Moho->Tool Groups->Fill Tools, then scroll down until you see the Paint Bucket. There's not much to it, but the manual shows you several examples of what the paint bucket can and can't do.
