While this is a relatively trivial issue with Moho, it would be nice if it could memorize window positions across multiple displays. Under the Mac OS X version, the app ends up placing the upper-left corner of each window moved off the primary display to a relative location on the primary display parallel to the location on the secondary display. This means any window moved to a secondary display will appear on the edge of the primary display area with most of the window placed outside of the viewing area when starting a new session in Moho, forcing the user to manually move the window each time.
Since the Mac OS treats multiple displays as different views of a single desktop measuring 32,000 x 32,000 pixels in size, I assume this could be compensated for by simply allowing Moho to memorize window positions in an area greater than the boundaries of the primary display itself.
(I'm not sure if this is universally true in the windows world, though.)
