I was reading this forum as I was downloading the upgrade and saying to myself " phewww, some people have horrible luck!". The download completed and then I noticed after trying to install my new Anime Studio Pro that it was for the Mac. I run an intel studio.
Sooooo, I will let you all know how the new tech support works.
Yesterday I sent out my first help letter to e-frontier nothing yet!
Considering the rush I will try to be patience.
