Suggestion: AS Particle

Project Dogwaffle spun off thier Optipustics particle system as a free standing product for $19. This is a great product and while I couldn't afford the full PD Pro I jumped at this.
I was thinking that it might be worth considering spinning off AS's particle system as a new product if it can be streamlines for water, fire and smoke effects for Flash. Flash has a huge user base and I think this product could be useful if it could generate flash files of particle effects that run acceptably in Flash.
