Why not start a mutual project with all induvidual project files and just see where it ends?
just start a animation and then let someone else continue and so on and....
someone have an idea?

I'd be in, but we need to be dedicated to such a project. Much is the time I have seen projects start with great intent and ideas but fall apart beacaue eiher people can't agree on things or simply don't keep to deadlines.
Let me know what you have in mind and what your propsals are to keep such a project aflat and I'll gladly consider it
