I did a test animated render of my 2D animated project for University here

You may have to click it a few times as You Tube is not behaving :(.

I think I got the tripods stride down to a decent march. Please tell me what you think

i like the use of colors, the blur, the darkness. i like to see more.
it remembers me to evangelion (i'm not much fan of anime, but evangelion is piece of art).

could you continue uploading parts of your project? i really like to be something longer with your drawing and composition skills.

Both, as H.G. Wells described it as more a living thing than a mere machine. The Martians themselves were basicaly heads, the braisn of the machine, so the Tripod rflects this in some ways. The Tripod is a mere extension of the Martian's brain functions and works accordingly.

It is my favourite book, so I'm trying to create as loyal a vision as I can.
