Wow. So it looks like you got your Papagayo issues worked out? What did the solution turn out to be? Was n the naming of the layers? I haven't messed with it yet so I am going to have to learn that avenue of things as well.
So much to do...

HAHA!
Hi Art, it feels like you and I are in some sort of Freshman Moho Class together. I'm already a big fan of your work.
The Papagayo thing - yeah, it was kind of confusing at first. Although the documentation is occasionally thin and vague, it's still one of the sweetest multimedia apps I've used in the past 10 years.
It turns out that it wasn't the naming of the layers; although that is a key issue. Rather, my problem was (of all things) importing the audio for the Papagayo Switch layer to support the Papagayo setup (.dat file). I thought you only had to import the .dat file via the properties of the switch layer then import the audio from File > Import.
From the Papagayo documentation.....
...go to the Switch tab of the Layer Settings dialog to assign a switch data file. You can then select the switch data you just exported from Papagayo. Finally, assign the audio file as the project's soundtrack...
"Soundtrack"? Sure! So I go up to File > Import > Soundtrack...
<humming happily>
nothing.
That's because you have to import the audio file the same way you import the .dat file. For some reason, both the .dat and the audio files are loaded the same way... via the properties of the Switch Layer.
Discovered this after about a few hours of experimenting, re-reading, checking the proper format of the audio file, etc.
Hope this saves somebody a few hours of their lives searching the same solution.

Nice one. But you could easily improve it like this: don't accentuate the speech with all body parts of the same time. You could have three accents and show one with the body, one with the left hand, one with the right. Or you could just leave the body accents, but reduce the gesture. Or do the gesture in a much slower pace. Remember that good comedians on stage do only one thing at a time, because the audience can't follow more than one thing at a time.

wooooooooooooooooooow, that's really nice. great artwork, great colours. good lypsinc. i have to agree with slow tiger though, i would tune down the body acting and maybe use the eyebrows a little more especially when his eyes are fully open that would put more of an accent therefore you could ease on the body's one.
put great work nonetheless
rock on

Thanks for the input folks. I completely agree....all good points. I kind of rushed the animation cuz I wanted to get something posted before I left for T'Giving break.
Nevertheless, after looking at it last night at home I felt the movements looked a bit frantic. And (to dekka's point) I really hated that I didn't utilize the eyebrows.
