I found out about this software by finding this entry about Moho on the freshmeat.net website, that talks about a Linux version and links to http://freshmeat.net/redir/moho/37615/u ... load.shtml

Unfortunately, it turns out that this information is no longer valid and that the Moho does not seem to exist anymore. What is worse, no Linux version of Anime Studio seems to be available either.

Maybe the project infor at Freshmeat.net could be updated to reflect this unfortunate fact?

Well, I can't update the freshmeat entry myself, but I'd say there's good news on the horizon for people wanting to purchase a Linux version of Anime Studio.

Mike originally announced the Linux version would be released some time after the Windows and Mac versions, and Fahim recently requested beta testers for the Linux version of Anime Studio.
