Manage sequences

Hi,
Is there a tool in AS to manage multiple sequences of an animation in order to modify their order ? Or am I constrained to make my animation with just one long sequence ?

My problem is that I started my animation by a sequence which is in the middle of my scenario. Now, I would like to create the first sequence (with other objects, in a different environment), how do I do ?
