Take a look at the manual, click on the Help button on the Menu, there is an example and explanation as to how to set up and use switch layers.

Echale un vistazo al manual, oprime el boton de Help en el Menu, alli encontraras un ejemplo y explicaccion de como usar las switch layers.

Hello MAXIE. I earnestly(*) recomend you to read the built in help in AS. It helped me a lot to follow the examples before make my own movies. If you have problems with english then ask here. Intentaremos hacer lo que podamos.
