Is it possible to import your own lips into Papagyo for an anime animation. Because I can't find a feature that allows me to do it.

Just put PNG files with appropriate names in a named folder in the Papagayo folder. Look at the other ones that come with it to see what to name them.

You can also use your own vector layers in the Switch Layer group. That's how I made this mess.

The extension doesn't make a difference (example.png vs. example.ai).

Lemme know if that doesn't make sense.
