every time i try to view help files ie 6.0 crashes

I'm a new to moho

i using the demo now

I have hard to belive that your problem has anything to do with moho, as the help is a simple html-file(s). The problem probably has to do with your ie.

The 2 things I can think of are either you have javascript disabled or perhaps your quicktime or flash plugins are not quite right. But like Hiddicop, I would tend to place the blame on a broken IE installation. You might try running some spyware checks to see how hacked your IE is, its not hard to break.

I found the problem it was a Active x it was corrupt
