				Dear all,
Cleaning up my HD I found an image sequence we made, my wife and I, long.. long.. long time ago. Our idea was to play with Video, 3D and 2D. The character was made in Former Moho, the 3D elements in Maya and the integration in Adobe After Effects.
Sorry for the quality but I could not find the original files.

Well, we used Maya Life for tracking. which comes with the Unlimited Version.
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/it ... id=7639513
The most import part was to decide where to take the video, because we needed clear reference points to help the tracking system. As you can see, we used my kitchen which has these rectangular ceramic pieces, they were very useful.

Now, there are more advanced systems that do not require to be so picky with the references, like Boujou, the problems is the price.

For the 2D part we used inside Maya a 2D plane as a reference, this was replaced by a image sequence of the animation made in "Moho".
In After Effects we put everything together and added the particles for the "makeup"
Basically that..and a lot of patient

IsraelRN Here's a link on using Icarus for tracking. Which it's no longer freeware but you can still find the free version on the net. Just needs a script written that can be used with AnimeStudio.

And there's also Voodoo Camera Tracker.
