Hey Everybody - Is it possible to add a custom Preset under "Project Settings > Dimensions"?

I'd like to add a Hig Def setting (1388 x 768?).

I don't know, but you can always have a template with those dimensions. Open that template is as tedious as go o menu->project preferences->presets-> and choose the new one.
Or simply changue by hand
