PSD script suddenly prompts "Trim" feature?

I'm stumped - i have been using P'shop CS2 for a number of weeks, separating out images to layers and then running the Anime Studio script to generate an AS file.
Suddenly today - everytime I run the script, the P'shop Trim dialog panel pops up prompting me to select a trim option. When I cancel the script fails. When I click ok the images get trimmed. I don't want this.
So I copied the script file from the AS "extra files" folder to the P'shop script folder and overwrote it - thinking it was corrupt. Upon restarting P'shop i ran the script again - Trim opens again.
I'm stumped - is this a P'shop pref? How did this start happening?
EDIT: sorry, it seems it is isolated to just this particular PSD file - I have no idea why. This is not an AS issue at all. Disregard.
EDIT 2: I saved as with same name and got an error from P'shop the file was locked (weird). Saved as with new name, ran script - all is good. Sorry for wasting your time. User error.
