My character's lashes and brows turn yellow by frame fourty or so,
is there a line color transition mode that I am missing? Sorry I can't post images just yet. Any help by members is welcome!

You have a key frame on the color of those shapes. You probably changed the color on that later frame at some point.

If you can't see a key frame click on the settings of the timeline and check the box for strokes and fills. You will see a keyframe around that spot and can delete it.

Or...

Maybe you have a fill effect like a gradient or blend type thing. If the shape moves a lot and changes orientation the blend doesn't follow that shape and possibly more or less of one color of the blend will show.

I had applied a line gradient to the lines in question. I guess they won't be giving me any trouble again. Thanks Vern!
