Hey, I'm running the latest and greatest windows media player (11?) and since the upgrade my media player no longer recognizes any files I export full frame uncompressed, is there a codec out there?

I never had this issue with WMP 9-

If it's uncompressed, then there can't be a codec for it. "Codec" is a concatenation of "compressor/decompressor." But to solve your problem, you might try an alternative player for those files, like VLC or Gabest's Media Player Classic.
