Fish-eye lens.

So I'm new to anime studio and after running through all the tutorials and reading a bunch of threads on here one of the few features it seems to be lacking is a fish-eye lens effect.
It would be really handy and makes for a professional looking cartoon, so I was wondering if anyone had any idea on how one might distort an image like that?
Maybe I'm just dreaming that there'd be a simple way of doing it, but I thought I'd run past you veterans.
