Hi Guys,
New character created today in AS ;)
I spent ages rigging him but then messed something up and lost my work, so no animation today - i'm bored of rigging and pick it up again some other time...

...anyway - comments appreciated as always

Oh, dear!

:?

If there's a mime in the picture, there will be at least ONE murder in the story arc...

No kidding! I saw your other two characters and they're all so rich and wonderfully stylized. Great work.

Great character, but isn't there too many mimes in the real world without creating more? :D

I think he's guilty! :D

But I feel your pain. I actually lost 2 hours of painstakingly perspective morphed switchlayers and I don't have the energy left to do it again today.

Nice. I think what I like best about it is that you didn't use black outlines.

Perhaps give his face a bit more symmetry? I'm not a particularly big fan of mimes...

I like his arms. Also, perhaps make the outlines of the hands a bit thicker?

Nice one.

I'm with patrick here. Don't use an already worn-out cliché, not even to make fun of it because even that has been done quite often enough.

Thanks for taking the time to comment eveyone :)

Slowtiger - tbh, i'm not really concerned with originality at the moment, i'm more concerned with improving my AS drawing/rigging skills. I thought a mime might be a good idea to practice some animation techniques...
