In help topic flashtips in AS. It say "a soundtrack can be exported if it's in MP3 format, and at either 44100kHz, 22050kHz, or 11025kHz sample rate
"

When i try use mp3 sample rate at 44100kHz, 22050kHz, or 11025kHz. I have problem when export to SWF some mp3 cannot hear.

I must config how many sample rate of mp3 or config somethings.

The flash export is weird. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Are you exporting to the full length of the soundtrack? Also try exporting to .mov format and see if you have sound problems then.

If you don't understand, write the question in your language. We have many multi-lingual people on the forum. Unfortunately i'm not one of them!
