Lipsync with Papagayo, amd I missing something?

What you see above seems to work almost perfect for simple cartoons, but for some reason the letter "O" is completely ignored.
Is there a real tutorial around? Knowing how to make it work is one thing, but understanding it is what I need to know too.
What I need to know, is how this all works. I lucked out big time and the lipsyncing is working pretty good for me, or something is else.
How does Anime Studiio and know what vowel or letter that I want to use. How can I modify the dictionary to make the "O" work.
