Maybe its my computer, but I'm working on a toon were two toons are talking to each other and after I animate it it doesn't play back right. It doesn't play each frame. This is just in AS. So I was wondering if I render it will it play all the frames? I've made other cartoons and this it the first time this has happened.

Under the Animation menu you'll probably find Allow Frame Skipping is ticked. It skips drawing some frames so playback can keep up with the soundtrack.
If you untick that option you'll probably see all frames at the expense of the soundtrack skipping, stuttering, or slowing down.
Yes, it only happens in live playback, not in rendered files which will play all frames. Live playback in AS redraws each frame, which is considerably slower than playing back a rendered animation.

Uhm, why didn't you render the scene and check the frame count?
thank you

LOL, thank you every much. I rendered it and it was all good. Sorry about the silly question Slowtiger. I was animating all day and then it wouldn't playback right. It was long day. LOL, thanks again.

De nada. I find myself, overworked as I am, quite often in self-built traps like this.
