Animate back to a previous state?

Well this is a little complicated. I have a tail which I want to animate. The image by default is like a straight line as shown in the pics below. At frame 0 [picture 1] I create the bones and attach the graphic to that bone layer. So at frame 1 [picture 2] I move the bones the way I want them to be initially.
At frame 12 [picture 3] I move the bones so they create a short animation. Now I want to move it back the way it was in frame 1 [picture 2]. I tried "Reset all bones" but that will reset the bones back to a straight line [picture 1] instead of the initial position I want them. [picture 2]

Yeehaaa!

An easy question!

You want to COPY the keys on frame 1 not "reset bones". Reset bones does just that... it resets to the same position as frame 0.

First go to the frame where you want to copy frame 1 to. Now select the bone key on frame 1 and press the copy button and then the paste button.

This should put the key from frame 1 to whatever frame you are on.

Hahaha, I made that simple thing sound so puzzling!

Damn, I am really starting to get addicted and love Anime Studio.
