This is the music video for the Squirrel Nut Zippers song, The Ghost of Stephen Foster. It came out about 1997/98 when the big temporary swing revival was going on. Everybody paid attention to the Brian Setzer Orchestra, but these guys were always my favorite. When I animate a character dancing or doing something fun, I like to listen to this song.
The opening sequence is a bit trippy, so after almost a minute it gets into the animation.
