Hi. This is my first animation. It is the start of a short I'm doing for fun. Other character's will be in the scene when I draw them.

I rendered it to a quicktime movie with the "Animation" codec at 800X600 pixels. It kinda looks like crap when I uploaded it to youtube. Any suggestions on how to make them look better? Quicktime movie itself looks great.

That looks pretty good. It's difficult to see well but I think the arms are swinging with the same leg instead of the opposing one? The hands would look less stiff if the fingers were in a more natural slightly curled pose too. Very good though as walks are quite difficult. A cunning cheat to have most of the legs out of shot

YouTube isn't very good quality compression so that's probably as good as it will look.
