How Do I?
i cant find it for the life of me

In the Layer window press and select "Bone" from the drop down menu.

Did you read the help file for layers?
Did you look at all the buttons at the top of the layer palette? If you roll over those buttons they tell you what they do.
I hate to just answer a question like this straight off. If you can't find this one on your own you will will have a very hard time.

You might find it useful to do tutorial 1.4 again, which covers just this issue and other basic bone information.
All the level 1, 2, and 3 tutorials are essential to help you get a good grasp of using Anime Studio.
