I have an animation where I 'turned on' the Handheld Camera script. How do I turn it off again?

Working from memory: The camera motion key on frame "0" is set to "noisy", switch back to "lineair" and all is fine. There is another thread about it (even two) because I had the same problem a while ago.

If you have multiple camera keyframes, they will all be set to noisy, not just frame 0. Select them all, and set the interpolation to Smooth.
