Animators needed for streetfighter type /hip-hop cartoon

currently developing a epic cartoon series, involving some of hip-hop's popular figures, old school and new, centered around hip-hop's battle scene, where words become flesh, and these rappers/fighters duel it out
theres much more to the story, but i wont leave it all here here
we need a :30 to a minute short trailer to start to promote a cd, which will introduce the series
we are affiliated with various hip-hop blogs, websites, in which we will promote on to further bulk up a developing fanbase of \the stariing artist
this will become popular, due to the strong music and strong ties we have
on the music side, just need someone to help us pull this off
the budget is limited, but to allow for a serious workflow from the animator, we will pay !!!, looking for someone who can be flexiblile monetary wise
