Jib Jab/collage style animation needed for presentation

Hi, We are a corporate film production company based in California and I am looking for someone to work with us to create a fun, humorous 3 min animation in the jib-jab/collage style for a major corporate client. Being local to LA would be an advantage. Project is fast track and needs to be delivered by last week in November. Please contact me at richard@brain-storm with samples of your work. We need someone who is experienced and can work fast and efficiently, so please do not apply if you are a novice at this.
