global keyframe

is there a way i can ad a keyframe for everylayer and action etc. in one click for example if a went to frame 82 i want to ad a keyframe for every layer and action, movement etc. any2 no how

Go into the "animation" menu and select "copy current keyframe", set the frame number to your current frame, and check "whole document"-.

thx should be able to work mutch quiker now
