Safe Zones

Could someone post thier experiences with using the safe zone? It comes up with 2 boxes... Im assuming the outer box is the definite cutoff and the inner box varies with different television sets / monitors right?

Hi Hbk,
If we are talking about NTSC safe zones the inner box is the area where it is safe to place text and the outer is the limits of your veiwable scene.

Ah ok - thanks... Would these boxes be the same for Pal? And is there anyway to convert Moho to use Pal safe zones?
