when i move a bone face exits

when i move a bone face exits the body, how do i make this not happen? 
I haven't got a clue. Please post your file on a file sharing website. There are so many possibilities that if I were to answer you, I would most likely be wrong.
Also read the manual and do each tutorial, there is a learning curve. AS doesn't work as most people expect it to.
