Finnaly I got the ruler, I still do not know whay other links would only give me the text file!!

I use Mac computer and have been trying to download the walk ruler file, but have not succeeded. It downloads as a text file, I have been right clicking but still the same. Can some one advice please?

This is wonderful technique, I have tried to download the sample file but I end up getting a text file, can anyone tell me why is that? I use Mac but I doubt that is the reason. Thank you I hope someone will shade some light on that.
