You should still be able to bind points on layers that are in groups. Make sure you are working on frame 0 and that your groups are inside Bone layers. Also I was able to share some photos on here by uploading them to facebook, right-mouse clicking and selecting "Open image in new tab" and...

Update: This doesn't seem to be happening anymore, but I'm really unsure why it was. If anyone has had experience with this or has any insight I'd be curious to hear their thoughts.

Update: After messing around with it some more I've noticed that the entire bone structure flips upside down when trying to make the new Action.
