Found out that there seems to be something missing regarding Bone dynamics in the pdf Tutorial p. 120ff.. tried to make BD work on the sample file step by step, didn^t work. Then saw, that it needed "Enable Bone Dynamics" checked in the "Animation" Menu. Simple, but would have be...
