I've been using the EscapeMotions suite of programs since Rebelle 5. Admittedly, I haven't made the jump to Rebelle 7 yet, but still it's a great product for realistic digital painting.
It comes with phenomenal oils, acrylics, watercolors, and other wet and dry media.

I use a simple Huion H610 Pro V2 screenless tablet with Moho. It works fine but I would recommend a Huion Kamvs if you are looking for something more professional!
