Re: Mask arithmetics: Remove first, add second
UPDATE: Eventually I had to put part of the masking logic into subfolder (torso) in order it work as expected. Otherwise tableMask did not subtract elements from the outcome π€ Perhaps someone can explain how mask arithmetics should work? π€·ββοΈ https://ik.imagekit.io/dosrobots/wg-g99xTpR3kUTa6D2CDtEbi...

Mask arithmetics: Remove first, add second
Not sure if this is a common knowledge, but something l learnt today and decided to share it with you. When you're adding and removing mask elements, pay attention to the order: Remove elements first, add new second . Otherwise the outcome may not be as expected. I assumed only the order of the laye...

Re: Regular points vs. Bezier points
Thanks! It makes sense now πββοΈ Also, it seems that using both regular and bezier point may be fine. Until one runs into issues with it and then using the regular point (balanced handles) should fix the issue. All Moho Points start out as Regular Point . (Note: I'm not sure 'Regular' is an official ...

Re: Cyclist in the Autumn 🚴ββοΈ🍂
I think it looks pretty cool! The water puddles could be a bit darker in color to match the road but still shows the reflections but other than that, very nice! Thanks! I was thinking the puddles would reflect the (lighter) sky, but you are right, they could be darker π Nice, but that lack of a nec...

Regular points vs. Bezier points
In Moho, are there two types of points, regular and bezier? How to create them? Or more specifically, how to avoid creating the bezier points if I want to use regular points (which should not be problematic in animations)? I've learned the concept of points from these excellent tutorials by Greenla...

Cyclist in the Autumn 🚴ββοΈ🍂
Hello community! π I wanted to share my first Moho creation. I purchased the Moho license few months back but then struggled to learn it, and did not do a lot with it. But since I still want to learn making simple animations and I can see people are doing some pretty amazing stuff with the Moho, I w...

Re: Space between image textures tiles
Thanks for the reply (and sorry mine took a while as I did not have the notifications enabled) πββοΈ Indeed: It seems that the tiling image is the culprit here (I wasn't paying too much attention how Affinity decided to add some padding in the export π). Now I created a new image and it works as expe...

Space between image textures tiles
How can I remove the space between the image texture tiles? Why it is there in the first place? Or do I need to create ready-made tiling image instead?

Lua definitions for Moho modules
Help users to create Lua-scripts by providing definition files for LM and MOHO modules So far, I've only found some Notepad++ helpers . However, VS Code is much more popular editor these days and having ready-made definition files to auto-completion and documentation would be very helpful. If such i...

Repository for Moho scripts
Manage Moho scripts via public version control repository like GitHub. This is an approach many popular solutions have taken to manage community extensions, for example: - https://github.com/raycast/extensions/tree/main/extensions - https://github.com/sphinx-contrib This would be some additional ben...

Re: Improved layers panel: Hierarchical outline
Thanks for the tip!
I'm still very new to Moho software, and not familiar with the scripts that will improve the Moho usage. But will definitely check it out! As a matter of fact, I have yet another feature request related to the community scripts, but will post it as another topic.

Improved layers panel: Hierarchical outline
The current Layers panel could be developed further: Expand the selection making it easier to see selected layer attributes, shapes, styles, bones etc. - Show shapes of the vector layer - Show styles of the shape - Show fill and stroke of the shape - Show bones of the bone layer - Etc. In my opinion...

Improved scroll wheel support
Most of the mouses have scroll wheels these days but the support in Moho could be improved: - Pressing scroll wheel should pan the view as it is a common functionality in other solutions as well. At least have an option to set it so. - Scroll wheel is way too fast and inaccurate when compared to oth...
