That is fantastic rplate!
The left (visual right) hand doesnt drop behind the body which seems to be a slight oversight.
However despite the subtle movement and complete lack of background reference immediately the impression of forwards movement is given.
Wonderful!!

nice! simple and easy to understand although i think you could work on the water flow. the water completely appears from nowhere and then dissapears in 1 frame. I thought it was a mountain or something at first!! a simple improvement would be to have the water peak out from the faucet first (single ...

I am learning as I am going, the hard way! :( I didn't bother to storyboard and as a result, my charachter consistently couldn't move as I have imagined. So I have abandoned using textures and vectorised my whole charachter, which was fortunately very easy because of the style I had drawn him in ori...

very cool! :) i am also curious of the method you used i presume you used masks or reverse point animated after each stroke? I agree with the above comments about the colour, but also will add that I thought the primary spinning elements, red and white, were not as smooth as they could be. since the...

Hey Brent, I have some questions about your final AS image render. What fill variations have you used in the various shapes? In particular - the faux bevel and shade on the fitted cap - and the pigmentation on the skin. - from the image it appears a contiguous pigment filter has been applied to the ...

Very impressive! I have a heap of questions for you :) I thought the backgrounds really made this video clip for me, are the textures basically paper/media textures from the graphics program you used? Also was all the lighting on the textures done in this external program too, within AS or in post (...

My Breakdance Robot Project
Hi, I'm working on a Robot animation project and would love for you to have a look at my progress and comment and help me over the next few weeks as I try and complete it. Here are some videos of the motion tests I have done so far to establish the look and feel of what I want to achieve. Walk Test ...
